Initial discussion

Continuing the discussion from jgraph/drawio#5074.

If you have high level questions that follow on from the previous discussion, we can discuss here. If it's more specific you can open an issue, but I think the basic idea of the project is pretty obvious, a client-side implementation of what draw.io offered before.

Timing diagram
