Left Nav of Dashboard is covering content #606

Describe the bug
- User logs in
- User goes to Dashboard
- Regardless of the view (Regions, Providers, Languages, etc), the left Nav is covering the main content

Expected behavior
The main content should not be behind the left nav
- I do wonder, is that left nav supposed to be expandable/collapsable?

Additional context
We recently introduced Tailwind style upgrade changes (which are lovely); it's possible we'll find a few of these minor bugs.
I think it'll be as simple as modifying flex/grid layout for that page.
